This special limited edition double CD includes all the tracks on "RETROSPECTIVE 1995-2005", but contains a second CD in which Merchant has gathered together a collection of rare, previously unreleased and new recordings spanning 15 years of her career.
Disc two contains a variety of acoustic versions, B-sides, out-takes, songs written and recorded for benefit albums, soundtracks as well as collaborations with R.E.M., Billy Bragg, The Chieftains, Susan McKeown and Dr. John with Booker T. & The MG's. A collection of beautiful portraits and liner notes describing each song (written by Natalie) are all held inside a fine linen-bound book.
